of MetaMagic.

01 / About you

A little context helps.

We only use this information to understand the workflow behind your feedback and, when appropriate, follow up with you.

Optional. Add it if you would like us to identify your MetaMagic account or consider bonus credits for especially useful feedback.
02 / Your workflow

Where do you use MetaMagic?

Pick the product that your feedback is mainly about.

03 / Feedback type

What would you like to improve?

04 / Your idea

Tell us what you would change.

Concrete examples are extremely useful. You do not need to describe the technical solution — explaining the problem is often more valuable.

Thank you.

Your feedback has been sent to the MetaMagic team. We review every submission and use recurring workflow problems to help prioritize future releases.

Useful, detailed feedback may receive bonus credits as a thank you. This is reviewed manually and is not automatic for every submission.

What helps most

Tell us the problem, not just the feature.

“Add button X” is useful. “I spend 20 minutes doing X manually after every batch” is even better.

  • Describe your real workflow.
  • Tell us what you do manually today.
  • Include examples when possible.
  • Say how often the problem happens.
A small thank you

Great feedback can earn bonus credits.

We sometimes add MetaMagic credits for especially useful feedback, reproducible workflow problems, or valuable beta testing. Customer Code is optional, but we need it to add credits to an account.

No black hole

Every submission is reviewed.

We group recurring requests and use them when planning future MetaMagic releases. The more clearly a problem is described, the easier it is for us to act on it.
